As we came together for our final call of 2024, one message stood out: peacebuilding is a deeply personal practice that calls for collective compassion, and it is essential for the healing of our world. To honor this important work, Peace Practice Alliance alumni shared valuable insights from their own peacebuilding journeys..
One of the greatest strengths of the Peace Practice Alliance is its diverse community of peace leaders who learn from and support one another. This October, Francoise (PPA ‘24) from Cameroon and Edris (PPA ‘23) from Afghanistan brought their shared vision for peace to life in Yaoundé, Cameroon, where they partnered to support refugees from the Central African Republic.
We’re excited to welcome two new advisors to the Global Advisory Council. This incredible group of advisors are steadfast, supportive, and visionary. Mellissa Fung and Dr. Whitney McIntyre Miller.
